I know it's been discussed on here before but I'm ashamed to say Gary Glitter.

only because of the "kids for a quid" initiative - when he found out it was ticket prices he lost interest...... :D

sorry if that's a bit sick, i feel mad today.....

An insider says, "Jack is nuts about City. He was ecstatic they escaped relegation (from the English Premier League) but shattered he missed footage of the final few games that saved them because he didn't have access to the cable channel he watches at home.

I think I must have missed the last few matches as well. Did we stay up in the end ?

This interview was from 2003

Yeah I know.

Anyway, when Jack Osbourne was mentioned, I thought you meant this one:

Having watched Sullivan on tele slagging off the armchair fans tonight its just occured to me, all these famous fans.. my fave is Jeff Lynne and obviously Carrot. True Bluenoses imo.

So is he including them? I didn't see any of them last Sunday nor did anyone mention any of the famous people mentioned in this thread being there...

I sat there on Sunday morning reading Sullivan's praise for me being a 'TRUE' fan, despite the fact I've only been in a position to afford a few games this season... and then him slagging off those that couldn't make it... 'tut' - and wonder if he'd be so rude to the posh 'stay aways'.

just a thought.. but it seems to me if yer a Famous, Rich armchair fan its ok innit! they don't slag them off, they celebrate them on the website!

:LMAO:

I know it says this on Wikipedia :

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gary_Glitter

An ardent fan of Birmingham City Football Club, Gary spent his formative years watching his beloved Blues from the Tilton Road Stand at the clubs St Andrews ground. Glitter stopped attending matches when the Zulu Warriors decreed that he must sing on the pitch before home games, Glitter found this level of idolisation difficult to take and began to listen to games through the commentary of local sports celebrity, Tom Ross.

I've seriously got to question the validity of this 'fact'.

I think you're right. It loses credibility with the suggestion that he listens to Tom Dross. No one listens to Tom Dross :D
